About the assignment

We are now looking for an administrator for an assignment with our client in Gothenburg. The assignment is a full-time position (100%) starting immediately until 2026-06-30, with the possibility of extension. The client operates in the public sector and in this role, you will have the opportunity to work for the environment. The work takes place on-site at the client's premises in central Gothenburg. This is a consulting assignment via Bemannia with placement at the client.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will manage administrative routines and serve as operational support for the organization. This involves planning and coordinating various tasks, as well as handling many contacts with both employees and the public.

Furthermore, the tasks include writing minutes and other documents based on given instructions. A good ability to work in a structured and independent manner is required, while following established routines and supporting the organization in its daily operations. In addition, you will:

• PDBI – upload/download deliveries in the Västlänken project
• Plot drawings for review
• Provide documentation in the VA bank if possible

Your qualifications

• High school or equivalent education
• At least three (3) years of work experience as an administrator/assistant
• Very good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel
